Gregory Swarn.
A wellness practice for executives who treat their bodies the way they treat their balance sheets. Confidential. NDA-protected. Built for decades, not quarters.
Wellness as infrastructure.
Not as something you do when you have time.
I work with executives who refuse to trade health for output, and have decided that sustainable performance is the only game worth playing.
The wellness work is not a parallel track to your career. It is the operating system underneath it. Sleep architecture, energy management, recovery rhythms, and the daily practice that compounds quietly while everything else demands attention.
Every engagement is private, NDA-protected, and built around the operator I am sitting across from, not a generic protocol.

What I actually do.
Daily. Without exception.
I do not coach what I do not practice. The rhythms below are mine, not theory. They are also the foundation of every wellness engagement.
Before the inbox
Outdoor walk, twenty minutes, no phone. Stillness, ten minutes. Real breakfast with protein. Day intentions written by hand. Total: 50 to 60 minutes.
Recovery as default
Meals away from the desk. Buffer between meetings. One outdoor break in the middle of the day. Three sessions of strength work per week.
Closing the day
One screen-free hour before sleep. Fixed bedtime within a 60-minute window. Sundays fully work-free. The recovery that allows the rest.
Three kinds of operators.
One reason they show up.
The wellness clients in my practice arrive from different angles. The reason is always the same.
The Recovering Burnout
Executives who pushed past the warning signs and want a structural protocol back, not motivation. Most arrive after the first vacation that didn't work.
The Long-Game Operator
Leaders performing at the top who refuse to pay the body tax. They want the practice that lets them keep doing this for the next twenty years.
The Quiet Skeptic
Operators who have tried wellness apps, retreats, and influencer programs, and found them empty. They want infrastructure, not theatre.
